Our Building Services team at head office is seeking an Administrative Manager – Building Systems who is passionate about their work and interested in joining a dynamic team.

Quebecor’s real estate portfolio consists of more than 7 million square feet, both owned and leased. The Administrative Manager’s main responsibilities are managing contracts and updating systems to keep the real estate operations of Quebecor and its subsidiaries running smoothly.

A typical day

Manage administrative tasks related to lease accounting and administrative monitoring of projects in progress
Administer SPACE property management software settings, create locations, enter leases, configure user access
Create charts of accounts, cost centres for each location, payment codes for each location
Design and issue various reports: project budget tracking (opex and capex), rent expense projections, dates of notices to lessor and lease expiry notices, rent payments, monitoring of commitments
Work closely with the accounting department on rebilling to tenants
Enter and check invoices in administrative systems and issue monthly reports and accruals
We are looking for

Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in real estate management or accounting ;
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with a major company ;
Proficiency with SPACE and SAP software and good knowledge of Microsoft Office ;
A team player who is also a self-starter ;
Ability to manage priorities and to multitask ;
An analytic mind, thoroughness.
