CanWest honours Liba with youth endowment

WINNIPEG - CanWest Global Communications has announced a gift of $15,000 to establish the CanWest Peter M. Liba Memorial Bursary which will be awarded annually to students who participate in the Lieutenant Governor's Youth Experience Program. The Lieutenant Governor's Youth Experience Program was established to challenge Manitoba youth to improve their school performance, become participants in community events and overcome obstacles to reach their full potential.
