Xplornet acquires Alberta's Platinum Communications

WOODSTOCK, NB - Xplornet Communications has bought Calgary-based ISP Platinum Communications Corporation in a move that it says provides it with a business unit focused on commercial and enterprise opportunities.Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
