Incognito helps Digicel boost fibre services uptake

VANCOUVER - Device management solution provider Incognito said that its new fibre service orchestration solution is being used by Digicel Group to automate the provisioning, activation, and diagnostics of multi-play fibre services.As a primarily mobile service provider serving customers in Latin America, Caribbean, and South Pacific, Digicel expanded operations to address residential broadband markets with fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) services.
