Incognito announces new COO; two new providers adopt its network analytics software

VANCOUVER - Incognito Software Systems has named former Amdocs exec David Sharpley as its new Chief Operating Officer.Sharpley (pictured) spent the last five years at Amdocs, most recently as general manager of the Network Products Business Unit.
