FilmOntario names new managing director, counsel

TORONTO - Cynthia Lynch has been named managing director and counsel of FilmOntario.A public policy professional specializing in the cultural industries, Lynch spent over ten years at the Ontario Media Development Corporation (OMDC) in a variety of roles, starting as a tax credits business officer and most recently as the manager of research, strategic planning and IT.
