Ericsson promises smooth 5G network evolution

STOCKHOLM — Ericsson announced Tuesday new additions to its 5G Platform portfolio of products that the company says will provide service providers with a smooth evolution to 5G networks.Ericsson is evolving its 5G Platform with portfolio additions across core, radio access and transport areas, as well as service orchestration.
