ATX Networks buys InnoTrans Communications

AJAX, ON - ATX Networks has acquired California-based hybrid fiber coax (HFC) provider InnoTrans Communications. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.ATX Networks designs, manufactures, and markets a broad range of digital video products to the global cable television industry.
